AI Tools For Writers is built mainly for fiction writers and publishers who already have a novel draft in .docx and want to take it to a professional level before publishing — or translate it with a quality that goes far beyond typical machine translation.
The platform is organized into two main sections, each designed for a different stage of the creative and editorial process.
Manuscript Studio
Manuscript Studio works directly on a DOCX file uploaded by you.
This file is treated as the single source of truth: a full novel draft or a final manuscript.
Your document can be: fully formatted and ready for Kindle or Print (KDP), with trim sizes, margins and styles already in place or lightly structured, using only basic styles such as chapters and headings.
Both cases are supported.

Professional formatting
Automatically format your manuscript as a professional book designer would, for Kindle or Print editions.
Full-book rewriting
Rewrite the entire novel following very specific instructions: change tone or POV, improve fluency, fix dialogue formatting, tighten prose, or adapt style — just tell the AI what to do with your book.
High-quality literary translation
Translate the complete manuscript into another language with professional, fiction-aware quality. You can add precise instructions such as: keep place and character names unchanged, adapt expressions to the target country, modify dialogue formatting to match local publishing standards...
Automated editorial review
Request a deep review that simulates what a traditional editorial team would do: identifying weaknesses, inconsistencies, repetitions and structural issues.
Why formatting matters so much here
All Manuscript Studio tools (except the formatting tool) aim to preserve your document 1:1.
If your DOCX is already perfectly formatted, rewriting or translating it feels almost magical: the text is replaced, but the structure and formatting remain intact (a new copy is generated).
This means: no reformatting after translation, no rebuilding the book for KDP, just a few clicks (for example to recreate the TOC), check a bit, and your manuscript is ready to publish in the new language.
Story Lab
Story Lab is designed for exploration, analysis and insight.
It is especially useful during the creation phase of a novel, but it also adds enormous value before publication.

These insights help you understand why something feels off in your novel and how to improve it before readers notice.
Story Lab does not generate a rewritten DOCX.
Instead, it helps you think like an editor and make better creative decisions.
Actively evolving
Story Lab is an area we are working on very intensively.
New analytical tools, visualizations and creative features are continuously being developed and added, with a strong focus on real problems fiction writers face during drafting and revision.
This section will keep growing over time, becoming an increasingly powerful space to think, experiment and refine your story before publication.
Credits, tasks and processing
All tools consume credits (points).
By subscribing to the newsletter, you receive free credits to try the platform.
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time.
Credits never expire and can be used whenever you want.
Credit usage depends on: the tool you choose, the AI model selected and the length of your manuscript.
Tasks are processed in the cloud.
Some advanced tasks — especially full editorial reviews — can take several hours to complete. Don’t worry: you’ll be notified as soon as results are ready.
In your Dashboard, you can: track running and completed tasks or view detailed credit usage and transaction history.
